Is a life worth sacrificing to see if the Motorcycle Lane works or not?!?

Question, in the event that your safety is put at risk, will you: 1. Follow because it is the law? 2. Address the issue because you are concerned about your safety?

It is not about following or going against a law that is written with not enough study or basis, rather, it is about your safety and well being.

If it steps on your rights, would you just stand by and let them screw you from behind?

The rules of this law is not clear cut. Nor has it been explained properly.

Let me give you a few points to ponder...

Was this designed by riders?

Did they conduct a proper and practical test for safety and enforcement?

Did they consider putting motorcycles besides public transport without thinking that it is way to dangerous compared to putting them right beside the island?

Did they think about how easy it is to get hit from behind or the side to move from the 4th lane to the u-turn slot in a distance of 2 posts? Thats 3 lanes that you have to cross.

Did they think about letting the entire community know before they assume that the entire riding public is represented?

Did they think about the possibility of the enforcement making mistakes and judgement errors on who to apprehend?

What if, between the point where you obey the said law and you addressing the possible dangers, you get in an accident because of this?

What will you do then? What can you do by then?

Why wait for something bad to happen when you can fix it before it is too late?

Were not asking them to abolish the ruling... All we want is the opportunity to address the possible issues that may arise...

I don't think that all riders were represented properly here...

You do not take a life and sacrifice it to see if this plan works!!!!
